In the last Club Director meeting, we talked about getting feedback from the directors before making decisions. I heard some feedback that since that didn't seem to happen, people are less inclined to offer their feedback because they think the JAB will not act upon or respond to it. Thoughts on how we can resolve for the next meeting?
